BGSI was founded in 2005 by Jennifer Glass as a means of helping other small businesses.
From her start in the telecom industry, Jennifer was always trying to help her clients find ways to reach out to business associates and family overseas to keep in touch. Jennifer then moved into the non-profit world and worked as a fundraiser for her alma mater where she raised funds for the university’s annual fund and oversaw the alumni affairs program for the university. Jennifer continues to be highly involved in the non-profit world and sits on many boards and commissions including serving as Vice President of the Teaneck Chamber of Commerce since 2011.
Jennifer is frequently requested to speak in front of groups and is on the speaker bureau for the Small Business Development Center, SCORE, a top college and several top global accounting firms. She is also looked at as an expert by countless commercial and investment banks and the more than 1,000 organizations that have worked with Jennifer over the years.
