Sales Representatives: You will be responsible for soliciting new business, and meeting monthly sales quotas. In addition, the Sales Representative will follow up with existing customers and learn of new opportunities to enhance BGSI’s business lines. Compensation is 100% commission. Sales Managers: The Sales Manager is also responsible for soliciting new business, and meeting monthly sales quotas, but will also have some supervisorial responsibilities over the Sales Representatives.
